During website registration or when customer purchases through other sales channels, our Company collects the following information from customer:
  • The personal details and order records are keeping mainly to enable the Company to complete the sales order. However, the Company will also send out promotion messages through email or by post.
  • Email communication records form the basis to process the miscellaneous requests of customer as well as to act as evidence in case conflicts arise.
  • Booking information collected is for processing both the shop and trip appointment.
(3) Information collected during visit of our website
When customers browse this website, cookies will be stored in their computers' hard drive. The purpose of using cookies is to facilitate the successful redirection to the correct page upon clicking on the changing banner. No personal data is collected or stored under this circumstances. The IT systems of the Company are developed and maintained by a local third-party service provider and this party does not have access to the data stored in the IT system except when it is carrying out trouble-shooting under the supervision of our staffs.

After customer has created an online account on our website, customer will be automatically added to our email lists and receive our marketing or promotional messages. If customer does not wish to receive our marketing emails, please click on the unsubscribe link found at to bottom of our marketing emails or send an email to customerservices@williamcheng-son.com to notify us. Normally it takes about 5 workings days to remove from our marketing email lists.
