Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customer to measure body size and to place sales order
  2. Advise customer to select fabrics and /or product styles,
  3. Fitting provide professional services
  4. Answer customers’ enquiries, complaints and other requests
  5. Coach sales assistant in measurement and selling skills
  6. Provide marketing and promotion ideas to management
  7. Reporting and analyzing critical showroom metrics
  8. General showroom maintenance
Requirements:
  • 5 years or above direct sales experience in tailor shop or retail with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Excellent eye to detail, a humble attitude, and the ability to drive results
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and ERP system
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Flexible work schedule , including weekends/holidays
  • Some travel may be required

Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the completion and quality of departmental tasks
  2. Work with management to devise annual customer services target
  3. Collect opinion from customers with a focus on market trend and improvement of customer services
  4. Review report and perform analysis
  5. Draw up management report to reflect abnormal operations and business trend
  6. Coach subordinates on departmental tasks
  7. Help manage setup and deployment of all email campaigns including marketing emails Develop and run email tests and optimize based on findings
  8. Organize database into customer segments
  9. Report on test results and email performa
Requirements:
  • 10 years or above customer services experience with at least 5 years in managerial role
  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience in leading small team and generation of management report
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Preferably with knowledge of tailoring
  • Well versed with Word, Excel and ERP system
  • Flexible work schedule , including weekends/holidays
  • Some travel may be required

Order Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform checking on sales order data and customer information input by clerical staff for all channels
  2. Approve sales order transaction
  3. Handle customer’s complaint, alteration and other special requests
  4. Review inquiries answered by clerical staffs
  5. Coach staffs in system functions
  6. Monitor the completion and quality of departmental tasks
  7. Liaise with suppliers to follow up with outstanding fabric orders
  8. Liaise with tailors to follow up with outstanding tailor orders and to monitor their daily performance
  9. Perform random checking on data input by subordinates
  10. Perform random checking on QC inspection
  11. Analyze relevant system data and generate management reports
Requirements:
  • 5 years or above experience with at least 3 years in similar capacity
  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience in leading small team
  • Preferably with knowledge of tailoring
  • Well versed with Word, Excel and ERP system
  • Flexible work schedule , including weekends/holidays
  • Some travel may be required

Customer Services Assistant/Customer Services Clerk

Responsibilities:
  1. Answer customers’ oral and written enquiries, request and complaint
  2. Update customer information record
  3. Sales order processing
  4. Provide support to sales team
  5. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent spoken English is required for the post of customer services assistant
  • Diploma holder with 3 years related experience, lower academic qualification or less experience will be considered for the post of customer services clerk
  • Mature, excellent customer services, good communication skills ,responsible and well-organized
  • Willing to learn and adaptable to work in a fast-paced pressurized environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese work processing
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
